Christmas/Winter Easel Card

I want to share this with you, if you love Cardinals and outdoors then you will like what you see.  I bought a frame at Michael's and inserted this bird image and decorated it from there.  Some ribbon and flowers and and and, well you folks know what you are seeing and Tis the Season.  I am feeding the birds this year as always and I saw a pair of Cardinals outside on the feeders but I do have to say that I am feeding the squirrels just as much, seems there is a line up out there and a pecking order.  I just so happened to be home and saw two male pheasants out there as well and boy they are really pretty.   Without further ado....  I entered this card in the following challenges:   Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge83

  2. Suzann,
Well, this one I think took 4 - 5 hours. I usually break it down to two evenings. The front is one evening and on the card, the greeting area and envelope is another. It takes awhile to pick the papers and embellishments and do your arrangement. Thank you Suzann for stopping by and leaving a comment, Happy Holidays to you as well, Jane.

  10. Jane this is gorgeous. I snagged a few of these frames from Micheal's about a month ago myself. I thought they were so pretty. I probably won't get to use them until after Christmas...lol I love your image and beautiful papers. 5-6 hours sounds about right to me. It is such a process isn't it!!! lol Great job with the sketch. Thank you so much for playing along with the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge.
